A life lesson

Here I am, writing the last blog about my year in England. Today, I am going back home and to be honest, I don’t want to.

Daniel has school until the end of June, but the rest of my friends are all also going home. The last few weeks were difficult, hard, but most of all the best of the entire year. Everyone enjoyed themselves to the fullest and it makes me such a happy person to see them, being happy, too.

First of all, I cannot thank my parents enough for making this dream come true. I have learned so much from this experience, I am a different person. A better version of myself. I am proud of that. I am proud of what I have done and what I have achieved.

And then the staff from EF Eastbourne. They are amazing! I would recommend this EF school to everyone. Especially Betzy and Anthos, they always made sure that we had the best time of our lives, and yes, indeed, we had!

Last but not least, my friends. Thank you for always being there. Thank you for being you, the moments we shared, and your trust in me. Thank you for making me win so easily with table tennis and thank you for changing my life. You are the best.

Since I lived/studied in England in 2015-2016 I have a desire to travel around, to visit my International friends and have the feeling of being on an adventure every day. This year has changed me and the way I want to continue to live my life. I have become more aware of my dreams and am trying to follow them every day in order to make the most of my life.
